Position Summary
HGreg is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented, and outgoing service lot attendant.
Our service lot attendants play a role in ensuring truly exceptional service by quality checking the vehicle appearance prior to delivering the vehicle to the customer.
This position allows for growth opportunities as a service technician or other areas of the dealership as it will provide insight into the moving parts of the service department.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all customers promptly and professionally.
- Inspect vehicles for any prior damage and document accordingly
- Park vehicles or pull up vehicles from wash
- Assist in washing cars when necessary
- Clean shop, service lobby, and service drive
- Make key tags
- Stock service area as needed
- Other duties as assigned
