- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on engineering systems, utilizing diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to implement engineering solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules
- Analyze service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Participate in on site inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition of equipment, making recommendations for repairs or upgrades
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies, integrating new knowledge into service practices
- Assist in the preparation of service proposals and cost estimates, working closely with sales teams to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations
- Assess, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment and power tools, including complex systems like uninterruptible power supplies
- Provide clients with detailed information on equipment issues, OEM part options, cost effective solutions, and follow up recommendations
- Maintain machines, establish maintenance procedures, manage budgets, ensure parts availability, document repairs, and adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and departmental SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 to 6 years of experience with a reputable firm in automation and engineering
- Qatar Driving License
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment and power tools, including complex systems like uninterruptible power supplies
- Ability to provide clients with detailed information on equipment issues, OEM part options, cost effective solutions, and follow up recommendations
- Ability to maintain machines, establish maintenance procedures, manage budgets, ensure parts availability, document repairs, and adhere to safety guidelines
