Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Install, start up, maintain, repair, and update Siemens healthcare point-of-care products.
• Coordinate regional business partner service teams to execute daily service operations efficiently.
• Review service provider engineer competency and obtain customer feedback for evaluation.
• Receive operational requests from the Customer Care Centre and coordinate appropriate action.
• Ensure proper use of tools and test equipment.
• Perform service activities cost-effectively while considering profitability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction within Siemens Healthcare Customer Services requirements.
• Escalate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised or contractual obligations may not be met.
• Work with Sales and Clinical Application teams to implement complex solutions.
• Coordinate with the Technical Solution Centre and Regional Support Centre to resolve issues.
