About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on foundation and piling equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, and hydraulic pile driving rigs
- Conduct machine commissioning, delivery inspections, after sales service, and periodic maintenance
- Provide on site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues
- Visit customer sites to inspect equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and support new machine acceptance
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and carry out repairs and component replacements
- Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure timely parts availability and support parts sales initiatives
- Implement product upgrades, technical modifications, and service improvement programs
- Prepare accurate service reports and coordinate technical issues with engineering and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with foundation and piling machinery
- Hands on experience with rotary drilling rigs is mandatory
- Experience in servicing foundation construction equipment such as rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, or pile driving rigs is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC when required
