Role overview
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of social services through operational frameworks, policies, and innovative service development.
Design services that meet beneficiary needs, comply with government requirements, and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update service design and delivery frameworks for quality and policy compliance.
- Prepare and manage the Government Services Manual with relevant units.
- Monitor, design, develop, and define services with stakeholders.
- Follow up on social service development action plans.
- Support initiatives that improve the effortless customer experience.
- Review plans to improve organizational maturity against customer experience standards.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in service design, customer experience, service innovation, or process improvement with a UAE government entity.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Experience with project management, monitoring, and reporting for service design and enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
