Role Overview
Support the establishment, operationalization, and long-term sustainability of a Behavioral Insights Unit.
Provide expert advice and hands-on contribution to build an internally capable team that can independently deliver Behavioral Insights projects.
Behavioral Insights Responsibilities
- Lead and support establishment and scaling of the Behavioral Insights Unit.
- Develop the unit's operating model, governance framework, SOPs, ethical standards, templates, toolkits, and quality-assurance processes.
- Identify behavioral barriers, drivers, biases, and contextual factors and design evidence-based interventions.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, RCTs, A/B testing, and quasi-experimental approaches.
- Establish behavioral KPIs, measurement frameworks, and evaluation approaches.
- Embed behavioral insights into government policies, programs, services, communications, campaigns, and digital journeys.
- Build internal capability through training, workshops, coaching, shadowing, and hands-on project delivery.
- Develop practical playbooks, guidance materials, and knowledge repositories.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of relevant professional experience with substantial applied behavioral insights or behavioral science experience.
