Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting 6 Service Desk Analysts for our client which is one of the largest investment company in Abu Dhabi.
- This position is a temporary position for 7 months contract.
- Candidate should be responsible to handle IT Related incidents with the objective of providing initial assessments, resolving straight forward incidents where possible and escalating other issues to Senior Desk staff.
