Responsibilities
- Responsible for service focused oversight of Technology Infrastructure Operations, major incident and problem management
- Provide leadership to cross functional technical operational teams
- Facilitate and coordinate implementation and testing of IT changes
- Overall responsibility for successful implementation and operation of Service Management processes
- Monitor and manage all facets of International and Domestic service commitments and SLAs
- Document known faults and resolutions in ticketing system and knowledge management
- Investigate and recommend technical solutions, identify opportunities to improve technical support processes
- Act as point of contact for technical infrastructure and operational issues, including on call support
- Create SLA reports, graphs, forecasting and performance reports
- Manage and drive operational acceptance testing (OAT)
- Assist in analysis, design and improvement of new operational processes
- Coordinate, document and conduct IFDS annual disaster recovery exercise
Requirements
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking and cloud platforms
- Excellent working knowledge of Technical Infrastructure operations support, Data Centre, and IT operations, ITIL best practices
- Excellent understanding of Service Delivery Operations and Service Level Agreements
- Excellent relationship and leadership skills with ability to lead cross functional teams
- Excellent reporting skills with ability to gather information and provide reports in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written
- Technical focused and process oriented
- Good technical analytical and correlation skills
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund industry
- Technical competencies on UNIX/HP UX / Network / Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of Job Scheduling applications
- Proven experience in developing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Job Description

- The Service Delivery Manager will work with IT infrastructure teams to ensure IT services availability in accordance with client SLAs.
What You Will Get To Do

Salary Range
- CAD 105,000 150,000 CAD per year.
