Role Overview
Serve as the customer-facing advisor at an automotive workshop.
Coordinate customer concerns, vehicle service assessment, repair discussions, and service documentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct them to available mechanics.
- Assess automotive problems through customer discussions, inspections, test drives, maintenance records, and service schedules.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage and explain provisions and exclusions.
- Discuss necessary repairs and lower-cost alternatives with mechanics.
- Open and close job cards and enter required system and timesheet details.
- Prepare vehicle history, unclosed job card, weekly vehicle, and monthly vehicle flow reports.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least five years of automotive experience is required.
- A UAE driving license is required.
- Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
