2.1 Evaluates supplier quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.
Manages ongoing communications with suppliers.
2.2 Responsible to purchase parts & services consistent with the consideration of quality, cost and delivery requirement.
2.3 Responsible for the on-time delivery of parts with the goal of decreased lead-times.
2.4 Identifies, recommends vendors to the store manager.
2.5 Continuous re-evaluation of commonly purchased parts in the spirit of standardization.
2.6 Identifies, evaluates and eliminates non-value added costs.
2.7 Should be able to identify part numbers by utilizing Illustrated Parts Catalog.
2.8 Processes/enters supplier quotations and expedites part orders (LPO’s) through the system.
2.9 Maintain complete and accurate records/files of all business transactions.
2.10 Assists store manager in preparing required reports from the system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- procurement: 5 years (Required)
License And Certification
- UAE Driving license (Required)
