Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and perform initial vehicle walk arounds to assess visible damage
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle condition and repair needs
- Clearly explain the collision repair process, timelines, and insurance workflows
- Generate preliminary damage estimates and communicate with insurance adjusters
- Review and explain repair estimates and costs with customers and obtain authorizations
- Create and manage repair orders in Bodyshop management system
- Coordinate with estimators, body technicians, painters, and parts departments for efficient workflow
- Track and update job progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide regular status updates to customers via phone, email, or message
- Perform final vehicle inspections for completeness, cleanliness, and quality before handover
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an automotive Bodyshop or service advisor role
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and insurance claim procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple jobs in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
- The Service Advisor – Bodyshop will manage the entire repair process, from the initial Assessment to the final delivery.
- They will work with the workshop team to make sure estimates are accurate, repairs are done on time, and customers get great service.
Customer Service & Vehicle Intake
- Welcome customers and perform initial vehicle walk arounds to assess visible damage.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle condition and repair needs.
- Clearly explain the collision repair process, timelines, and insurance workflows.
- Obtain required documents (registration, insurance info, accident reports).
Estimating & Job Authorization
- Generate preliminary damage estimates.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters for damage validation, supplements, and repair approvals.
- Review and explain repair estimates and costs with customers.
- Obtain repair authorizations and signatures as per insurance or company policy.
Repair Coordination & Workshop Liaison
- Create and manage repair orders in Bodyshop management system.
- Coordinate with estimators, body technicians, painters, and parts departments for efficient workflow.
- Track and update job progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.
Communication & Follow Up
- Provide regular status updates to customers via phone, email, or msg.
- Notify customers about delays, part backorders, or insurance supplement issues.
- Communicate repair completion and coordinate vehicle delivery or pick up.
Quality Control & Delivery
- Perform final vehicle inspections for completeness, cleanliness, and quality before handover.
- Review completed repairs with the customer and handle any last minute concerns.
- Ensure post repair satisfaction and manage follow up feedback or surveys.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an automotive Bodyshop or service advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and insurance claim procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.

Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
