About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding accounts receivable
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and process payments on a weekly basis
- Perform reconciliation of all books of accounts
- Handle online banking transactions efficiently
- Reconcile the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain accurate closing inventory at month end
- Prepare month and year end financial schedules
- Generate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and analyze budget vs. variance reports monthly
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records
- Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate accounting
- Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with external auditors for company financial audits
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Semi Qualified OR Certified Management Accountant (CMA) – Qualified
- 4 to 6 years of UAE experience in the same field, preferably within the automotive industry
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
