Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer vehicles and conduct initial inspections.
- Identify customer concerns and service requirements accurately.
- Prepare detailed vehicle condition reports and service recommendations.
- Create and issue complete and accurate job cards.
- Coordinate with workshop and operations teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure service documentation is completed and maintained properly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry within Dubai or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, estimates, and job documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with technical and operational teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
