Team and Workflow Supervision

Supervise the daily work of the polishing team.
Assign jobs and monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with the Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Detailing teams.
Monitor employee performance and report issues to the Workshop Manager.

Polishing Quality

Inspect vehicles after polishing to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Remove swirl marks, sanding marks, holograms, and other polishing defects.
Guide polishers on appropriate methods, machines, compounds, and pads.
Ensure vehicles are handled carefully to avoid damage.

Equipment and Materials

Maintain stock of compounds, pads, sandpaper, microfiber cloths, and related materials.
Inform management when polishing supplies need replenishment.
Keep polishing machines and equipment properly maintained and operational.

Training and Safety

Train new employees on polishing techniques, quality standards, and workshop procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow company health and safety policies and applicable manufacturer standards.

Required Experience and Skills

Have at least 5 years of experience in automotive polishing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Have good knowledge of paint correction, polishing techniques, compounds, pads, and polishing equipment.
Identify paint defects and ensure high-quality finishing.
Demonstrate leadership, team management, planning, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
Have good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with luxury and premium vehicles is preferred.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay

Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.

Work Location

The role is performed in person at the workshop.
