Job Purpose
Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the primary link between customers and the Service Centre.
Coordinate vehicle service and repair activities while supporting customer satisfaction, retention, service sales, and parts sales objectives.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Serve as the main customer contact throughout the service process.
- Receive customers, understand vehicle concerns, inspect vehicles, and document vehicle conditions and requirements.
- Prepare repair orders, service recommendations, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate diagnosis and repair planning with technicians and workshop management.
- Explain repairs, costs, and delivery commitments and obtain customer approvals.
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular customer updates.
- Obtain authorization for additional repairs, parts, or services.
- Promote maintenance packages, service products, genuine parts, and accessories.
- Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines, warranty requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Verify completed repairs and documentation before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed repairs, charges, and future maintenance recommendations.
Requirements
- Ability to serve as the primary customer contact throughout the vehicle service process.
- Ability to understand vehicle concerns, document vehicle condition, and capture customer requirements accurately.
- Ability to explain repairs, costs, delivery commitments, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Ability to follow manufacturer guidelines, warranty requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
