Key Responsibilities
- Register daily customer service calls and report them to the line manager.
- Coordinate service calls with customers and service teams.
- Follow up on breakdowns, purchase orders, payments, and required spare parts.
- Schedule service engineers’ daily visits and maintain visit records.
- Arrange spare parts to support field service activities.
- Maintain daily job-card entries for the service department.
- Coordinate field service engineers and customers to ensure smooth service execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or technical qualification is required.
- Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in field service coordination, service administration, workshop operations, or a similar role.
- At least 2 years of field service coordination experience is required.
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Good business email-writing and documentation skills are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
