Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized food and beverage service throughout their experience.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking guests in Russian, understand their needs, and provide recommendations.
• Present menus, explain offerings, process orders accurately, and communicate dietary requests to relevant team members.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining knowledge of menus, promotions, ingredients, and beverages.
• Keep tables, service areas, and equipment clean and organized, including opening and closing tasks, mise-en-place, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate concerns when required.
• Promote appropriate additional offerings, support colleagues, participate in training, and follow food safety and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage operation, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent Russian language skills are required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a guest-focused attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
