Share menu expertise and maintain a warm, friendly, professional approach with every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and offer prompt service at tables.
- Serve food and beverages and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Answer questions and special requests using detailed menu knowledge.
- Enter transactions accurately and promptly in the MICROS system.
- Check guest satisfaction with each food and beverage item.
- Clear tables, complete closing tasks, and replenish cutlery and supplies.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach are required.
