- Monitor and analyze overall website performance, including traffic, rankings, and user behaviour
- Conduct keyword research to identify high impact opportunities aligned with business goals
- Proactively suggest and implement SEO improvements (technical, on page, and off page)
- Define, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns in alignment with marketing strategy
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Sistrix to track, report, and interpret performance metrics
- Analyze trends, competitors, and market developments to refine SEO strategies continuously
- Collaborate within the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices align with marketing KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Sistrix, and other SEO tools
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
- Experience using relevant AI tools in marketing workflows

Your Responsibilities
