About the Role
ALL-INKL.COM is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to own the strategic, technical, and responsible use of AI across our products. You will implement AI features, build API connections to LLM providers, develop prompts, evaluate models, and enable our development team.

- Implement and integrate AI features into self developed tools and platforms
- Build and maintain API connections to LLM providers
- Develop and optimize prompts and prompt architectures for production use cases
- Compare AI models systematically by quality, speed, data protection, and cost
- Evaluate fine tuning, RAG, and training models on own data
- Enable development team to use AI tools efficiently and safely
- Track new models, tools, and pricing developments
- Assess data flows for GDPR compliance
- Review third party terms of service for data protection and usage relevant points
- Work with legal counsel to keep customer terms around AI features legally sound
Requirements
- Proven experience working with LLMs and their APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Hugging Face)
- Solid programming skills, ideally Python, with experience in REST APIs and backend integration
- Strong, hands on prompt engineering skills and the ability to evaluate and select models
- Sound understanding of data protection / GDPR and responsible handling of data
- Cost conscious mindset with the ability to justify technical decisions commercially
- Analytical, proactive, detail oriented, and results driven working style
- Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
- Nice to have: RAG, vector databases, fine tuning, hosting/server environments (Linux, Docker, CI/CD), or basic understanding of IT/contract law

- We are looking for a hands on AI Engineer who will own the strategic, technical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence across our products
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate AI features into our self developed tools and platforms
- Build and maintain API connections to LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, open source models)
- Develop and optimize prompts and prompt architectures for production use cases
- Compare AI models systematically by quality, speed, data protection, and especially cost, and give clear build vs buy recommendations
- Evaluate fine tuning, RAG, and training models on our own data
- Enable our development team to use AI tools efficiently and safely (best practices, internal guidelines)
- Track new models, tools, and pricing developments and translate them into concrete value for the business
- Assess where data flows when using external AI services, in line with GDPR and data security requirements
- Review third party terms of service (AGB/ToS) for data protection and usage relevant points
- Work together with our legal counsel to keep our own customer terms around AI features legally sound
Your Profile
- Proven experience working with LLMs and their APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Hugging Face)
- Solid programming skills, ideally Python, with experience in REST APIs and backend integration
- Strong, hands on prompt engineering skills and the ability to evaluate and select models
- Sound understanding of data protection / GDPR and responsible handling of data
- Cost conscious mindset with the ability to justify technical decisions commercially
- Analytical, proactive, detail oriented, and results driven working style
- Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
