Role Overview

Core SEO Responsibilities

• Develop complete SEO strategies, conduct audits, perform keyword research and mapping, analyze search intent, and assess competitors.
• Manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO to improve rankings, qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Optimize pages, service pages, landing pages, metadata, headings, URLs, internal links, images, and content structure.
• Resolve issues involving crawling, indexing, redirects, duplicate content, canonicalization, sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Monitor website performance and Core Web Vitals where applicable.
• Build ethical backlink and authority strategies, identify content gaps, and create briefs for writers and content teams.
• Collaborate with developers, content strategists, copywriters, account managers, and other marketing colleagues.
• Manage multiple client SEO projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Local and Automotive SEO

• Develop Local SEO strategies and optimize Google Business Profiles for relevant local searches.
• Improve location and service pages, Google Maps visibility, citation consistency, customer reviews, and local authority.
• Track local rankings and identify opportunities for service-plus-location and near-me searches.
• Support SEO strategies for automotive businesses such as detailing, paint protection, tinting, workshops, showrooms, rental, and accessories.

Analytics and Tools

• Practical experience is expected with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or GA4, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience is expected with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or equivalent technical SEO tools, PageSpeed Insights, and Google Trends.
• Looker Studio or similar reporting tools and WordPress with common SEO plugins are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns with measurable results and advanced technical and on-page SEO knowledge.
• Strong off-page SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile, search intent, keyword strategy, analytics, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to audit websites independently, manage multiple clients, interpret business-impacting metrics, and apply current Google best practices.
• Excellent English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory for highly proficient English candidates.
• Previous digital marketing agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Applicants must provide case studies, analytics results, rankings, traffic, local SEO, profile, lead, conversion, or comparable evidence of prior SEO performance.

Assessment and Application

• Shortlisted candidates may complete a practical assessment covering SEO problems, keyword opportunities, competitors, technical and local SEO, a 90-day strategy, and KPI recommendations.
• Applicants should submit a CV, details of their SEO experience, and a portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results.

Workplace

Compensation

• The stated compensation is AED 4,000 per month.
