SEO Account Manager

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients, managing communication through Slack, video calls, and email.
• Campaign Execution Oversight: Collaborate with our fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
• Progress Calls: Lead monthly Zoom meetings to review results, educate clients, and discuss strategies and next steps.
• Upsell Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services—including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and websites—that align with each client’s goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Present SEO data clearly and actionably, highlighting ROI and supporting informed decision-making.
• Client Retention: Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ Years of Experience: Preferably in a client-facing SEO or account management role at a digital agency.
• Local SEO Knowledge: A strong understanding of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and lead client calls confidently.
• Organization and Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple client accounts while following through on every commitment.
