Responsibilities

• Run booked demos from our two inbound channels, organic and paid traffic, diagnosing the prospect, pitching, handling objections, and collecting payment on the same call.
• Hit monthly targets for close rate, cash collected, and new MRR.
• Own the pipeline from booked call to signed client: pre-call prep and qualification, and daily follow-up on no-shows, reschedules, and open pipeline — nothing dies quietly.
• Keep the CRM clean and current daily — notes, stages, and an accurate forecast.
• Protect quality of sale: close right-fit home service owners and set accurate expectations, so the clients you sign retain.
• Feed lead-quality and objection insights back to marketing to sharpen targeting and creative.
• Review your own call recordings and participate in weekly tape review to keep sharpening the pitch.

Results

Requirements

• 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2k+/mo retainers or $5k+ one-time) over phone/Zoom in a one- or two-call motion.
• Closed inbound leads of mixed warmth — both warm audience/content leads and cold paid traffic.
• Knows their numbers cold: close rate, show rate, average deal size, and cash collected per month.
• Experience selling to small business owners; home services (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) strongly preferred.
• A structured, repeatable sales process with proven objection handling — collects payment on the call.
