- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
- Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year(s) GCC is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
- Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment, and workflows in the water supply and distribution industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee production teams, allocate resources, and ensure operational efficiency
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Problem solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, optimize production schedules, and minimize downtime
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with maintenance staff, management, and other departments
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement

Job Summary
- The Senior Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of production workers, assisting in managing the daily production operations and ensuring safety guidelines and Company standards are enforced at all times.
- This position ensures that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows under the general guidance and supervision of the Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
