The role is for a Senior UX/UI Designer working on contract for a client.
The designer will create and refine interfaces for a platform serving global users.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Research user interactions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on technically feasible designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain design systems and style guides for platform consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a portfolio showing UI work.
- Experience conducting user research and converting findings into design decisions.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
