Contract Senior UX/UI Designer role supporting a client platform serving global users.
The role focuses on translating user research into intuitive interface designs.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote position with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed at $15-$85 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Research user interactions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on technically feasible designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain design systems and style guides across the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a UI portfolio.
- Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design decisions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to create responsive web and mobile designs.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
