Role Overview
Contract Senior UX/UI Designer role supporting a platform serving global users.
The work involves translating user research into intuitive interface designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research user interactions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers on technically feasible designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain design systems and style guides across the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a portfolio showcasing UI work.
- Experience conducting user research and converting findings into design decisions.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere location flexibility.
Job Type and Payout
- Contract position.
- Payout is $15-$85 per hour.
