Role Overview
Join InnovationTeam as a senior UI/UX and visual designer in an onsite, full-time role.
The position combines digital product design expertise with high-end visual communication for English and Arabic audiences.
The designer will collaborate with clients, product teams, and engineering teams across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX workflows, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design using Figma.
- Design high-stakes presentations and corporate documents that meet global professional standards.
- Create LinkedIn templates and social media assets, and perform regular website updates.
- Optimize designs for Arabic typography and cultural relevance in the KSA market.
- Facilitate communication between clients and on-site teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with professional written and verbal fluency in English.
- At least five years of digital product design experience with a portfolio showing UX logic, UI aesthetics, and RTL design proficiency.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and professional presentation software.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with Agile cycles.
- Ability to extract UI/UX requirements from user stories.
