About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead review and approval of transit system designs, technical submittals, and interface documentation
- Coordinate and oversee system integration across signalling/ATC, telecoms, rolling stock, traction power, PSDs, SCADA, depot systems, and station systems
- Provide technical leadership during testing & commissioning activities
- Monitor system level performance ensuring compliance with RAMS targets and safety standards
- Participate in inspections, audits, NCR processes, and quality assurance activities
- Assess technical risks, interface issues, and design changes
- Coordinate closely with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor disciplines, system suppliers, O&M Entity, and Employer stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, system assessments, integration updates, and progress documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related discipline
- 15+ years of relevant experience in rail or metro transit systems engineering
- Extensive experience in signalling, telecoms, rolling stock interfaces, power systems, and system integration
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and interface management
- Proven ability to review technical submittals, interface control documents, test plans, NCRs, and commissioning deliverables
- Familiarity with RAMS frameworks and safety standards (e.g., EN 50126/50129)
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Coordinate and oversee system integration across signalling/ATC, telecoms, rolling stock, traction power, PSDs, SCADA, depot systems, and station systems.
- Provide technical leadership during testing & commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, integration tests, system demonstrations, and trial running.
- Monitor system level performance, ensuring compliance with RAMS targets, operational requirements, and safety standards for automated metro operations.
- Participate in inspections, audits, NCR processes, and quality assurance activities.
- Assess technical risks, interface issues, and design changes.
- Coordinate closely with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor disciplines, system suppliers, O&M Entity, and Employer stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, system assessments, integration updates, and progress documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in rail or metro transit systems engineering, covering signalling, telecoms, rolling stock interfaces, power systems, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, interface management, and interdependencies in complex, multi system automated metro environments.
- Proven ability to review and validate technical submittals, interface control documents, test plans, NCRs, and commissioning deliverables.
- Familiarity with RAMS frameworks, safety standards (e.g., EN 50126/50129), and performance requirements for UTO metro systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of professionalism, technical rigor, and adaptability.
