Role Overview

  • The Senior of Sales Training & Performance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's Sales to develop world class real estate consultants capable of consistently converting leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities Sales Development

  • Design and implement a structured Sales Training curriculum.
  • Develop learning paths for new hires, experienced consultants, team leaders, and managers.
  • Create onboarding, advanced sales, and leadership development programs.
  • Maintain all sales playbooks, SOPs, scripts, and learning materials.

Skills Development

  • Design and deliver training on: Real estate market knowledge, Product and developer knowledge, Consultative selling, Buyer psychology, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Site visits, Objection handling, Negotiation, Closing techniques, Referral generation, After sales relationship management

Product & Market Enablement

  • Coordinate with developers for project launch training.
  • Develop product comparison guides.
  • Conduct market intelligence sessions.
  • Keep the sales team updated on pricing, inventory, incentives, and market changes.

Performance Coaching

  • Conduct one to one coaching sessions.
  • Shadow agents during calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Review recorded sales calls and provide coaching feedback.
  • Identify performance gaps and create individual development plans.
  • Mentor high potential consultants.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Standardize the complete lead to sale process.
  • Build qualification frameworks and follow up processes.

Sales Quality Assurance

  • Audit calls and CRM records.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales standards.
  • Measure communication quality.
  • Deliver feedback and corrective coaching.

Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and report: Lead response time, Contact rate, Qualification rate, Appointment conversion, Viewing conversion, Offer conversion, Booking conversion, Average transaction value, Sales cycle duration, Training effectiveness, Individual consultant performance.

Leadership Development

  • Train Team Leaders and Managers on: Sales coaching, Pipeline reviews, Forecasting, Recruitment interviewing, Performance conversations, Team development.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct weekly role plays.
  • Organize monthly sales workshops.
  • Run quarterly boot camps.
  • Benchmark best practices from leading brokerages and sales organizations.
