About the Role
DEJA VU REAL ESTATE is seeking a commission-based Real Estate Consultant with a strong sales mindset to generate leads, close resale deals, and advise clients in Dubai's secondary property market.

- Generate leads daily through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
- Secure property listings and close resale deals
- Negotiate aggressively to maximize deal value
- Maintain a high activity level (calls, meetings, viewings)
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations
- Promote company listings and exclusive projects
- Maintain accurate client and deal records using the CRM
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
Requirements
- Strong sales mindset (real estate experience is a plus)
- Thick skin and persistence
- Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
- Self driven and financially motivated
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a commission based environment
- Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (off plan or secondary)
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain is an advantage
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
- Real Estate: 6 months to 1 year (Required)

Job Description
