Responsibilities
- Train new joiners including induction, HR policy rollout, Health and safety, basic fire training, heat training.
- Train new joiners on operational training in classroom and on the job.
- Evaluate performance of the staff by running reports and adding additional support.
- Train staff on new processes if anything new has been implemented.
- Create SOP/Training Documents for operational processes.
- Train on ESS and ISO – OHS awareness.
- Support new brands to train the staff on understanding their requirements and processes.
- Receive training on new processes and deliver it to the respective group of people.
- Record training documents systematically.
- Create training plans and work to execute them on mentioned time.
- Plan trainings as per training need requests from respective brand managers.
- Initiate disciplinary procedures against employees breaching Company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in training new joiners including induction, HR policy rollout, health and safety, basic fire training, heat training.
- Experience in operational training in classroom and on the job.
- Ability to evaluate performance of staff by running reports and adding additional support.
- Ability to create SOP/Training Documents for operational processes.
- Experience in training on ESS and ISO – OHS awareness.
- Ability to support new brands to train staff on understanding their requirements and processes.
- Ability to plan trainings as per training need requests from respective brand managers.
- Experience in initiating disciplinary procedures against employees breaching Company policies.
- Ability to carry out initial investigations and prepare/submit reports to HR manager recommending actions.
- Experience in designing annual training plans with the training division.
- Ability to review training feedbacks and report material observations.
- Ability to work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
