Senior Test Lead - Software Testing, Jira, Python (IN)

• 10 + years of experience in software testing / quality assurance, with 3–5 years in a Test Lead, Track Lead, or Workstream Lead role.

• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model, supporting onsite test leads and coordinating offshore testing activities for an assigned workstream.

• Strong Communication to interact and present with different Project stake holders

• Hands-on experience in manual testing, test design, test execution, defect management, test reporting, and release readiness support.

• Experience with automation testing, API testing, backend testing, database testing, or integration testing is preferred based on project needs.

• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Xray, HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM, qTest, Azure DevOps, or similar test management and defect tracking tools.

• Hands on experience in Robot Framework using Python

• Use AI-assisted testing and automation tools to support test design, test case creation, coverage analysis, automation development, and estimation improvement, with appropriate human review and validation.

• Experience supporting Life Sciences / Pharma / GxP-regulated applications is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of CSV / CSA, risk-based validation, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, ALCOA+, requirements traceability, and audit-ready evidence documentation.

• Ability to prepare clear workstream-level status updates, execution summaries, defect reports, risk logs, dependency trackers, and release readiness inputs.

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, ownership, and escalation skills.

• ISTQB Foundation certification preferred; Agile/Scrum, GAMP 5, CSV, CSA, or Life Sciences domain certifications are added advantages
