Role Overview
Dolby Laboratories is seeking a Senior Test Automation Developer with 7+ years of industry experience for its automation team in Bengaluru.
The role leads automation initiatives and develops robust frameworks to improve the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable test automation frameworks for web, SaaS, and API testing.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts using TOSCA, UiPath Test Manager, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, business systems analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure test coverage.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and resolve issues with development teams.
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution time.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on testing platforms and best practices.
- Track platform features and industry trends to improve automation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation.
