Your Role

  • Contact prospective clients and introduce Dubai's premium real estate investment opportunities
  • Qualify leads and identify genuine buyer interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Team
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow up
  • Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Represent Allegiance Real Estate with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, or a Call Center environment
  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, or other high ticket sales industries is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong customer relationship management and CRM skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ambition to build a successful career
