- Contact prospective clients and introduce Dubai's premium real estate investment opportunities
- Qualify leads and identify genuine buyer interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Team
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow up
- Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Represent Allegiance Real Estate with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, or Call Center environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong customer relationship management and CRM skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, or other high ticket sales industries is an advantage
