- Manage daily reservations across portals including Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs
- Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries, guest communications, and requests
- Maximize sales by upselling additional services and ensuring high booking conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information in the reservation system
- Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth check ins and check outs
- Monitor availability, rates, and booking trends to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solutions oriented approach
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in reservations, hospitality, or holiday homes
- Strong background in sales and lead conversion
- Hands on experience working with Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar booking platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation/CRM systems is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven Reservations Agent to manage our reservations and booking operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or holiday homes, with proven sales experience and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
