The Opportunity

  • EY Managed Services helps organizations run, optimize, and continuously improve critical business operations.
  • Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant to join the Application Managed Services (AMS) team.
  • Role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with emphasis on Employee Central.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end to end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules.
  • Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes.
  • Configure and maintain Employee Central components including workflows, business rules, data models, and position management.
  • Support data imports, integrations, and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center).
  • Perform system monitoring, validation, and periodic health checks to ensure data consistency and system stability.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver enhancements, releases, and continuous improvements.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with expertise in Employee Central.
  • Experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS), Production Support, or HRIS support environments.
  • Hands on experience with configuration (business rules, workflows, role based permissions).

Ideally, you'll also have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Experience with additional modules such as Time Off, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals.

Salary Ranges

  • Dieppe: CAD 72,000 to 108,000 per year.
  • Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria: CAD 72,000 to CAD 108,000 per year.
