Senior Technical Support Engineer (Compression)

Role overview

How you will make an impact

• Own technical relationships with major Middle East accounts, including Aramco, Qatar Gas, and ADNOC.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for compressors and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate internal and external experts across client sites, Product Integrity, and Core Technology.
• Provide technical input to Sales, Bid Management, and Service teams.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, method statements, and equipment records.
• Train junior field service engineers and client personnel on maintenance and troubleshooting.

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical field is required.
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience across rotating equipment design, testing, controls, package design, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience leading root cause analysis with FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, and 5 Whys is required.
• Deep knowledge of dry gas seals, compressors, couplings, bearings, vibration monitoring, and site performance testing is required.
