A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Lead Solution Expert (Mendix) , you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable low-code applications using the Mendix platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into innovative digital solutions that support Siemens Energy's transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the application lifecycle, mentor developers, drive Agile delivery practices, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability. You will also play a key role in shaping technical architecture and fostering best practices within the Mendix development community.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on Mendix best practices, coding standards, governance, and platform capabilities.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and user stories.
