This position focuses on reducing manual processes, improving data reliability, and providing timely insights to OMA Insurance, Members, and Executive Leadership. The incumbent acts as a trusted partner to the OMA Insurance business, translating complex requirements into scalable, automated analytics solutions using modern data and Various technologies.
Leading Data Automation & Integration Solutions: leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation workflows and data integrations across internal systems (e.g., CRM platforms, Microsoft Purview, Data Fabric/OneLake). Replacing manual and spreadsheet-driven processes with reliable automated solutions and ensures timely scheduled and on-demand data refreshes.
Delivering Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights: developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, and related technologies. Defining and standardizing KPIs and performance metrics and providing clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.

Driving Continuous Improvement & Innovation: identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve business processes. Contributing to the development of technology standards and best practices for data, reporting, and automation across the organization.
Supporting and Oversees Reporting Infrastructure: managing and supporting the ongoing performance, maintenance, and enhancement of automated reporting environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
