Senior Technical Solutions Analyst

Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, effective solution options

Lead and/or deliver the implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and new solutions

Provide technical expertise and guidance into strategic product roadmaps including assessment of new opportunities for technical complexity and risk

Perform hands-on technical work including scripting, configuration, automation, and troubleshooting

Ensure solution delivery is aligned with enterprise architecture, design standards, and best practices

Support testing, deployment, and transition to operations activities

Act as a technical subject matter expert for Maximo and other assigned systems/applications

Proactively identify and implement improvements to system performance, usability, and reliability

Contribute to backlog prioritization and enhancement planning with product and business stakeholders

Drive automation and efficiency improvements across support and delivery processes

Provide input into enterprise-wide design standards and best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across key domains

Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and influence product improvements

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Delivery, Data, and Infrastructure

Communicate complex technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate analysts

Lead by example in ownership, accountability, and problem-solving

Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and team capability development

Support the evolution of standards, best practices, and ways of working within the Technical Solutions function

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences

Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and navigate complex stakeholder environments

Experience mentoring or coaching team members

Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered

8+ years of technical, hands-on experience with Maximo design, development and implementation across a variety of business processes/functions

10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise application support, systems integration, and technical solution delivery
