Keyera is currently seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to join our Calgary-based Enterprise Technology Products team.
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Technology Delivery, this role is responsible for ensuring the technical health, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions. The role operates across both operational support and delivery , actively driving incident resolution and root cause analysis of problems, while also leading and executing technical design and implementation activities. This role is expected to be focused on Maximo related technical design and implementation but may also expand into other complex applications.
You will lead complex technical troubleshooting efforts, provide hands-on analysis and development support, and collaborate across business, vendor, and digital teams to deliver high-value, reliable solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor analysts and contribute to improving team practices and capabilities.
Lead the triage, coordination, and resolution of complex incidents impacting Maximo and other enterprise systems
Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative solutions
Own issue resolution end-to-end, including communication, escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with other digital teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and external partners)

Identify recurring issues and drive improvements to overall system stability, performance and support practices
Support operational readiness, disaster recovery planning, and system reliability activities

Communicate complex technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate analysts
Lead by example in ownership, accountability, and problem-solving
Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and team capability development
Support the evolution of standards, best practices, and ways of working within the Technical Solutions function
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Experience mentoring or coaching team members
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
8+ years of technical, hands-on experience with Maximo design, development and implementation across a variety of business processes/functions
10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise application support, systems integration, and technical solution delivery
