Senior Technical Project Manager

Our Professional Services team is dedicated to the success of our clients and their digital platform. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager with a wealth management background to lead Digital Wealth client implementations and platform delivery engagements from initiation through completion. This person will use their experience to manage resources, budgets, schedules, and scope while driving quality results, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be a strong communicator and trusted delivery leader who partners closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes and support the continued growth of InvestCloud.

The Senior Technical Project Manager successfully delivers project work within defined scope, budget, and timeline. They lead all phases of the project lifecycle, partnering with project sponsors and key stakeholders, both external and internal, as well as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and product leadership. They ensure quality throughout the engagement while actively managing the project plan, milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and financials.

This role requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage within human and financial resource constraints, and provide transparent, timely reporting on project status, risks, issues, and budget performance. The Senior Technical Project Manager is expected to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle of each assigned project.
