Translate organizational strategies, quality priorities, and service health objectives into actionable programs with clear deliverables, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps, operational inefficiencies, and recurring quality challenges, and leading initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, scalability, and execution rigor.

Leverage service health signals, telemetry, and business insights to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, influence prioritization and investment decisions, and ensure teams focus on the highest-impact quality opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
