Delivering on this vision requires more than great engineering—it requires disciplined cross-functional execution across many internal teams and external partners, each with their own systems, timelines, and compliance constraints.

Strong program leadership is the connective tissue that turns this ecosystem into powerful operational synergies.

This work directly drives agent efficiency and deeper client loyalty, ultimately leading to strengthened platform adoption, enhanced customer retention, and increased per-transaction profitability for Compass.

• Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Compass.
• Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution. Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.
• Champion with product, design, engineers, and operation leadership. Communicate with Executive Leadership on progress and risk.
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups across the company.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs that may span multiple organizations and locations
• Act as a key contributor to the agile practice at Compass and high-level planning, both quarterly and yearly.
