Role Overview
The Security Solutions Data Science team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with an understanding of data science.
The role manages data science projects that use AI to address fraud-related problems and support new product offerings.
The position works with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and senior leaders to deliver complex projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategy roadmaps with initiatives, milestones, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
- Align priorities with business goals, platform strategy, capacity, and cross-team dependencies.
- Lead intake, prioritization, quarterly planning, progress reviews, and roadmap adjustments.
- Track roadmap commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery progress.
- Manage data science projects involving data pipelines, AI tooling, model monitoring, AI engineering, operations, and development stack improvements.
