The global Benefits and Wellbeing team designs and delivers employee-focused programmes.
The role partners with the AP and EEMEA Benefits and Wellbeing lead to design benefits offerings and support statutory compliance across regional markets.
The position provides benefits and wellbeing support and leads projects and initiatives for the EEMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide benefits and wellbeing consulting support to business leaders and People Business Partners across EEMEA.
- Design benefits and wellbeing offerings for new markets as part of business expansion plans.
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards contact for EEMEA benefits and wellbeing matters.
- Design international employee benefit and wellbeing programmes for EEMEA.
- Improve employee understanding and utilization of benefits through wellbeing summits and education seminars.
- Monitor legislative developments and support compliant benefits programme design.
- Develop business cases and recommendations using market intelligence, employee insights, and organizational needs.
- Guide stakeholders on local benefit plans, perks, and allowances.
- Provide design guidance and support to the delivery team.
- Support vendor selection and vendor strategy and effectiveness reviews.
- Collaborate on global and regional benefits projects.
- Support the five-year benefits roadmap.
Required and Preferred Profile
- Demonstrated knowledge of benefits and wellbeing programme design, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of EEMEA benefits is preferred.
- Regional benefits consulting or in-house benefits experience is preferred.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and support effective benefits proposals and solutions.
- Strong collaboration, communication, customer focus, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience across multiple countries and within a regional and global matrix environment is preferred.
