Role overview
The Security Solutions Data Science team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to manage a wide variety of data science projects.
The team uses AI to address fraud-related problems and support new security and product offerings.
Program management responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategy roadmaps with initiatives, milestones, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
- Align priorities across data science, engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Lead intake, prioritization, trade-off discussions, quarterly planning, progress reviews, and roadmap adjustments.
- Track commitments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery progress across strategic initiatives.
- Serve as liaison between data science and engineering for data pipelines, AI tooling, model monitoring, and development stack enhancements.
- Translate technical approaches and outcomes into business language and report program status to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Improve ways of working, mitigate risks, conduct retrospectives, and implement team action plans.
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams while operating autonomously and applying critical thinking.
- Experience with agile and Kanban frameworks.
- Ability to organize work, plan execution, facilitate trade-off decisions, and resolve obstacles.
