Responsibilities
- Own the Customer Workflows domain including Employer & Recruiter Portal, Business Service Workflows, and Agentic Workflows
- Define and surface agentic AI, LLM, search, and recommender applications
- Use AI agents and LLM tooling as default work layer for generating prototypes and synthesizing customer interviews
- Run continuous, lightweight customer centered discovery and fast prototyping
- Author and maintain quarterly roadmaps for the Customer Workflows domain
- Own trade offs across performance, scalability, cost, and speed

- Demonstrated ownership of a product area at a platform level
- Track record leading multi quarter, cross functional technical initiatives end to end
- AI native: uses LLMs, agents, and AI assisted tools as primary work layer
- Strong technical depth: can shape architecture discussions and evaluate agentic AI/LLM system quality
- Data fluency: defines OKRs and success metrics with precision
- Proven cross functional credibility with Sales, CS, and Engineering

Your Role
- We're seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Customer Workflows domain.
- This role is part product manager, part project manager, part prototyper, part researcher, and increasingly, part AI engineer.
What You'll Own
- Employer & Recruiter Portal: Experience, performance, and activation across all recruiter facing surfaces.
- Business Service Workflows: End to end workflows powering business service operations.
- Agentic Workflows: Tools, flows, and experiences that agents use to deliver value.
- Agentic AI & data use cases: Surface and define agentic AI, LLM, search, and recommender applications.
- AI native execution: Use AI agents and LLM tooling as your default work layer.
- Customer centered discovery: Run continuous, lightweight research and fast prototyping.
- Product strategy & roadmap: Author and maintain quarterly roadmaps.
- Technical excellence: Own trade offs across performance, scalability, cost, and speed.
- Cross functional leadership: Be the go to product partner for Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and GTM.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated ownership of a product area at a platform level.
- Track record leading multi quarter, cross functional technical initiatives end to end.
- AI native: uses LLMs, agents, and AI assisted tools as primary work layer.
- Strong technical depth: can shape architecture discussions and evaluate agentic AI/LLM system quality.
- Data fluency: defines OKRs and success metrics with precision.
- Proven cross functional credibility: Sales, CS, and Engineering see you as a trusted partner.
Bonus Points
- Experience with employer/recruiter, workforce, or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in employer and workforce development policy: WIOA, Workforce Pell, ETPL.
- Familiarity with modern BI/analytics tooling (Looker, Snowflake, or equivalent).
Compensation
- Base salary band: USD CAD 125,000 to CAD 160,000 for US based candidates; CAD 125,000 to CAD 165,000 for Canada based candidates.
