Role Overview
Redsand is hiring two senior MEP technical office engineers: one electrical engineer and one mechanical engineer.
The positions support commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects through technical deliverables, compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, and advanced site support.
Shared Responsibilities
- Review and approve discipline-specific shop drawings against IFC drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare and validate technical submittals, calculations, schedules, and equipment datasheets.
- Verify designs and identify gaps, clashes, and inconsistencies in submissions.
- Coordinate BIM models, resolve clashes, and align work with BEP requirements.
- Issue and manage RFIs with consultants and stakeholders.
- Support site teams with complex installation issues.
- Review procurement packages, evaluate vendor offers, and participate in technical negotiations.
- Prepare method statements, installation details, technical reports, and testing documentation.
- Represent the discipline in multidisciplinary MEP, civil, and architectural meetings.
- Mentor junior technical office engineers.
Electrical Position
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
