Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual business plan outcomes within agreed deadlines and budgets
- Lead and manage technical resources, providing direction, guidance, and oversight across projects and programme activities
- Present management reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and functional leadership teams
- Support business development, work winning initiatives, and the delivery of technical training and capability development programmes
- Ensure compliance with management systems, technical governance requirements, project standards, and defined roles and responsibilities
- Act as the primary focal point for design related matters and drive improvements to design management processes and delivery plans
- Influence procurement strategies, contractual and legal considerations, and collaborate with PMO teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Promote technical excellence, leverage organisational knowledge networks and centres of excellence, and support net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in technical leadership, engineering management, design management, or infrastructure delivery on major projects
- Strong understanding of technical governance, assurance processes, risk management, and multidisciplinary project coordination

Project Overview
- This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, consisting of major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
- Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for
- Develop and deliver annual business plan outcomes within agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and manage technical resources, providing direction, guidance, and oversight across projects and programme activities.
- Present management reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and functional leadership teams.
- Support business development, work winning initiatives, and the delivery of technical training and capability development programmes.

You’ll need to have
